Returns
Customers may request a return if the product arrives damaged or different from the item ordered, provided that they contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product and its condition.
The product must be:
- Unused.
- Unopened.
- In its original packaging and with all accessories, if applicable.
Exchanges
An exchange may be requested if the product has a defect or if the wrong product was sent by Picksbya. The customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Once the exchange is approved, the product will be replaced with the correct item or another agreed-upon product, subject to availability.
Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of perfume products, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used, in order to maintain product quality and customer safety.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and take the appropriate action.
Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is due to an error by Picksbbya or the product arrived damaged, the store will cover the applicable shipping costs.
If the exchange is requested due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products.
- Products that have been altered or are no longer in their original condition.
- Products for which the return period has expired, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact Picksbbya Customer Service through the contact details provided on our store. Please include your order number and photos of the product when required.
Each request will be reviewed to ensure that it meets the requirements of this policy before the return or exchange is approved.
